Overview

A dynamic multi-unit leader needed to successfully lead a region of dental practices in Central and Northern Indiana.  As a growing organization with an amazing culture, our commitment to the development of our teams provides opportunities for a rewarding career path.  This leader will share the same passion for developing others and growing our practices. 

The Regional Manager will be required travel to the practices in Central and Northern Indiana

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of multiple dental offices in a geographic area focusing on exceptional patient service, exceeding our operational goals, and building productive partnerships with the dentists and office teams
  • Represent the organization in a positive manner as a leader in our practices, at events, and in the community
  • Create a positive, ethical, and respectful work environment by promoting our culture
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high performance teams through training, coaching, and accountability
  • Identify opportunities proactively within the region and implement action plans to address any potential issues
  • Work collaboratively with all departments throughout the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of four years of equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Minimum of (3) years multi-unit management experience in a dental or fast-paced service environment is required.  Only candidates with experience managing multiple physical locations (5 or more) will be given consideration for this opportunity.
  • Ability to travel daily in the region with some limited overnight travel required
  • Knowledge of financial statements including profit and loss statements and developing budgets
  • Strong problem solving skills taking ownership and acting with a sense of urgency to reach resolutions
  • Knowledge of dental software and Microsoft Office products with the ability to learn new programs
  • Stable employment history - no more than 3 employers in the last 8 years
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills establishing positive relationships
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients
