We need the very best talent to help us grow with the incumbent bringing positive energy, professionalism, and dedication to excellence. This leadership position be based at our corporate Resource Center in New Castle, PA and will with travel up to 30-40% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of recruiters to execute an effective and efficient recruitment process for dentists
  • Create new, innovative methods to improve the recruitment process to continually improve the experience and skill set of applicants
  • Recommends areas for improvement by conducting audits and reviewing recruitment analytics
  • Develop sourcing strategies for using online social networking, job boards, community based employment groups, digital platforms, and local media sources
  • Travel to attend and present at dental events, schools, and residency programs
  • Maintain consistent, open communication with candidates, extend offers, and support onboarding
  • Partner and communicate with hiring managers to maintain an accurate account of short term staffing needs as well as long term strategies for a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
  • Five (5) years of dentist or physician recruiting experience plus (2) years leading a team of recruiters
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing talent for difficult to fill positions and building positive relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 30-40% to events, schools, and residencies
  • Experience with MS Office products and applicant tracking systems, ICIMS preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the desire to provide exceptional service and work in a fluid, fast paced environment
