Responsibilities

  • Work closely with VP-Development on potential deals, including pre-valuation work
  • Acquisition modeling and related valuations
  • Guide outside consultants on QoE
  • Interface with multiple departments to gather relevant data to build business plans
  • Creation of various scenario P&Ls
  • Work with Operations to create stub period budgets for all new practices along with pro formas for relocation and expansion of footprints for existing practices.
  • Perform on-going reporting and analytical projects as well as reports on an ad-hoc basis as requested.
  • Expected to work all scheduled work days, during scheduled hours and report to work on time.
  • Other special projects or responsibilities as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in accounting or related field. 
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience doing similar work. 
  • Extensive experience creating and updating financial models.
  • Prior Mergers and Acquisition experience preferred.
  • Private Equity or Capital Markets experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in excel and MS Office Suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required
