The Manager of Training & Development is a highly visible role in the company. Works with management to develop, adapt, and conduct in-house training programs which provide a foundation for new hires and enhance existing employee development including corporate compliance. The position will manage projects, perform consultation, develop course content, and build, implement and facilitate training programs for all the regions. Managing training initiatives from development to delivery, our training program focuses on lasting competency development for employees at all levels of the organization through creating pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs and opportunities for continuous improvement in individual, team, business unit and organizational performance.
