The Director of Business Development is the source of all deal flow from a designated area. The position will be responsible for identifying and sourcing all new qualified leads and leading them through the process until closing to NADG’s existing footprint in the New England Territory with an emphasis on Connecticut and Massachusetts. 


The position can be located in any part of the New England region.


  • Manage the business development process from sourcing candidates to closing.
  • Lead and manage the valuation process for new partnership opportunities in your territory
  • Lead and manage the due diligence process from start to finish
  • Negotiate all terms of the partnership within the NADG framework
  • Review and submit letters of intent to potential partnership
  • Align with NADG’s executive team on the company vision and partnership strategy
  • Manage and attend all relevant trade shows in the assigned territory




  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a successful track record in business development, M&A or related positions in the dental or health-care industry.
  • 3+ year of experience in M&A, business development or related positions in the dental or health-care industry.
  • Working knowledge of accounting and financial analysis
  • Working knowledge of M&A structures and overall processes
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating legal documentation related to M&A
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
