  • Provide leadership and support to team members by routinely performing site visits to assure from a first-hand observation that an optimum level of patient care is provided; the environment is being maintained in a safe and sanitary fashion, systems are in place, and that employees are appropriately attired and receiving appropriate supervision.
  • Implements all policies established by NADG; advises during the formation of such policies and reports on the implementation of such policies to NADG Leadership Team.
  • Develops an annual budget to be prepared showing the expected revenue and expenditures as required by the NADG leadership. Prepares an annual operating budget for approval. Oversees budget compliance as it relates to labor, overtime and expense controls.
  • Reviews operating results of the regions, compares them to established objectives and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
  • Directs and provides guidance to Regional Directors/Managers in regards to recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, development, discipline and retention of qualified team members.
  • Presents NADG Leadership Team and COO with reports reflecting the dental services and financial activities of practices and other required special reports.
  • Regularly evaluates performance of Directors, Managers, Dentists and others providing support and guidance when necessary.
  • Works alongside the Director of Transitions to ensure compliance and timeliness of newly acquired practices are achieved. Providing support when needed.
  • Assures that available resources are optimally developed and utilized.


  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in healthcare or dental industry operations in a multi-site practice environment; Dental experience preferred
  • Experience in budgetary finance and accounting skills with regards to practice operations.
  • Ability to engage directly with senior level executives.
  • Strong influencing skills; ability to quickly build credibility and gain the confidence of individuals at all levels.
  • Strong sense of accountability; passion for owning projects and driving them to completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communications, including presentation skills.
