The Regional Director will be required travel to the practices in Western Pennsylvania.


  • Manage the daily operations of multiple dental offices in a geographic area focusing on exceptional patient service, exceeding our operational goals, and building productive partnerships with the dentists and office teams
  • Represent the organization in a positive manner as a leader in our practices, at events, and in the community
  • Create a positive, ethical, and respectful work environment by promoting our culture
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high performance teams through training, coaching, and accountability
  • Identify opportunities proactively within the region and implement action plans to address any potential issues
  • Work collaboratively with all departments throughout the organization


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of four years of equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Minimum of (3) years multi-unit management experience in a dental or fast-paced service environment is required.  Only candidates with experience managing multiple physical locations (5 or more) will be given consideration for this opportunity.
  • Ability to travel daily in the region with some limited overnight travel required
  • Knowledge of financial statements including profit and loss statements and developing budgets
  • Strong problem solving skills taking ownership and acting with a sense of urgency to reach resolutions
  • Knowledge of dental software and Microsoft Office products with the ability to learn new programs
  • Stable employment history - no more than 3 employers in the last 8 years
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills establishing positive relationships
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients
