  • Overview

    We are seeking an Integrations Specialist to provide support to our Development and Transitions departments by focusing on mergers and acquisitions. As a growing organization, our commitment to the development of our teams provides opportunities for a rewarding career path.


    • Plan for and support the acquisition and integration process through detailed research and report out of data
    • Prepare for acquisition by working with development team to acquire data and information, and input results on spreadsheets and project plans
    • Manage a transition period fast and effectively
    • Partner with all departments to ensure that updates on progress are communicated and tasks are kept to timed schedules
    • Train new office team members post acquisition on company processes.
    • Deliver a disciplined integration strategy, process, and execution plan by meeting important milestone dates.
    • Recognize and report out on any barriers or obstacles encountered.
    • Create and update project plans and data spreadsheets
    • Organize records of progress and completion of tasks and diligence items 
    • This position requires travel 80% of the time.




    • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
    • Minimum five (5) years’ experience working in the dental or healthcare field required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Healthcare background preferred
    • Merger & Acquisition experience a plus
