    We are seeking candidates for our Training and Support Coordinator position who are dedicated to supporting our Resource Center and dental offices to provide industry leading patient care.     Responsibilities

    • Deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics
    • Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization in support of the organizations’ needs
    • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
    • Coordinate delivery of training programs and support team members during the execution of new programs
    • Work with Operational Processes Auditor to review findings of audits and develop trainings accordingly
    • Create high quality deliverables within project budget and policy deadlines
    • Manage training budget effectively, if applicable
    • Track and analyze training programs through various methods and measures
    • Other special projects or responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s degree in business or related field
    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with training and development or direct related experience in the dental field
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to create communications for clarity and present programs to large groups
    • Knowledge of system metrics to report and review progress overtime
    • Proficient with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation, travel is required for this position
