  • Overview

    The Insurance Operations Supervisor has direct daily leadership for operational and financial functions of the team. The position is also responsible for the selection of new team members, training of your team and insuring that all policies and procedures are being followed correctly. Balancing both customer and team needs along with meeting department and company goals is the key to being successful.


     

    Responsibilities


    • Oversee and troubleshoot all clearing house, NEA, and verification functions

    • Directly supervise team and proactively partner with manager on performance and development goals, including but not limited to performance feedback, appraisals, and corrective actions

    • Training new team members, ensure team completes designated DRC training, coordinate and provide training to field on any identified trouble areas or new processes

    • Responsible for providing team proper support to ensure job is performed correctly, and resolve any potential conflicts that may arise

    • Complete other special projects as assigned

    Qualifications


    • High School Diploma or equivalent required, degree in related field preferred

    • Minimum of two (2) years’ in Revenue Cycle functions

    • Excellent verbal and written communication

    • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Suite

    • Excellent organization skills with ability to independently complete tasks
