    Responsibilities

    • Receive a high volume of inbound calls from patients
    • Take ownership of any unresolved customer questions or concerns and work towards solutions in a timely manner
    • Schedule patients at offices and work with patients to collect on any outstanding accounts
    • Use a computerized system to track, gather information and troubleshoot the items raised by each patient
    • Make any necessary outbound phone calls to update to obtain needed or missing information

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent required
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or call center environment
    • Identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills establishing positive relationships
    • Stable employment history (no more than 4 employers in the last 10 years) and history of consistent attendance
    • Must be dependable, flexible, and committed to providing exceptional service for patients
