    We need the very best talent to help us grow with the incumbent bringing positive energy, professionalism, and dedication to excellence. This will be a remote position with travel up to 30-50% of the time.

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to all applicants and inquiries and facilitate each step of the recruiting process
    • Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system as well as any other tracking reports on a daily basis
    • Develop and utilize effective sourcing strategies using online social media networking, job boards, community-based employment groups, cold calling, local media sources, and attending events
    • Travel to attend and present at dental events, shows ,schools, and residencies
    • Maintain consistent, open communication with candidates, extend offers, and support onboarding
    • Partner and communicate with operations to maintain an accurate account of short term staffing needs as well as long term strategies for a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
    • Other special projects or responsibilities as assigned including developing new initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
    • Five (5) years of staffing experience in healthcare or related industry, (2) years dentist or physician recruiting experience strongly preferred
    • Demonstrated success in sourcing talent for difficult to fill positions and building positive relationships
    • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30-50% to events, schools, and residencies
    • Ability to set up a home office with internet access, etc
    • Experience with MS Office products and applicant tracking systems, ADP experience preferred
    • Excellent communication skills with the desire to provide exceptional service and work in a fluid, fast paced environment
