    • Manage, monitor, communicate and remedy system setup issues
    • Responsible to make all applicable TIN changes in practice management system(s)
    • Keeping track of current fee schedules, obtaining new fee schedules from payers, update and monitor fee schedules in practice management system
    • Insurance payer fee schedule negotiations
    • Analysis of insurance payer reimbursements to ensure accuracy with fee schedule and plan setup
    • Insurance setup and verification responsibilities relating to system conversions and new insurance plans
    • Payer education and nuance documentation
    • CDT code oversight, updating applicable fee schedules with any code changes or additions, follow proper protocol process for any new codes added
    • Clearinghouse setup, validation error resolution and communication
    • NEA, Statement, PayConnect and Prescription system set-up and maintenance
    • Setup of new providers in practice management and NEA systems
    • Build and maintain relationship with vendors and insurance provider relation representatives
    • Any projects related to payers
    • Actively support the company’s culture and business mission by always putting the organization’s people and its customers first.




    • High School Diploma or equivalent required, degree in related field preferred
    • Minimum of two (2) years’ in Revenue Cycle functions
    • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Suite
    • Excellent organization skills with ability to independently complete tasks
