  • Overview

    The Regional Marketing Strategist will work with our operations and field staff to execute on local, consumer marketing strategies that result in awareness and lead generation for our dental practices. This position will be responsible for strategic community outreach efforts, sponsorship execution, and any other initiatives that have impact on their assigned territories. This position will also collaborate with the digital marketing team and digital marketing vendors to create impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns at the regional brand level.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide marketing support for assigned regions and initiatives deemed priorities by the NADG organization
    • Work in collaboration with the regional operations team to understand the business and drive awareness and new patient volume
    • Work in collaboration with NADG marketing vendors
    • Assist in brand advertising and communication efforts to differentiate the organization from its competitors
    • Expected to work all scheduled work days, during scheduled hours and report to work on time.
    • Other special projects or responsibilities as assigned.
    • Manage graphic design needs for various NADG sub-brands with internal and external NADG graphic design resources.

    Qualifications

    • Three (3) to Five (5) years of related experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
    • Professional marketing certifications preferred but not required. (Example: Google Adwords certification, HubSpot certification, etc…)
    • A desire to work in a healthcare marketing or medical marketing role
    • Experience in local marketing strategy development and execution
    • Experience with data analysis and data-driven decision making
    • Proven track record of relationship building and the ability to sell ideas
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, cloud-based tools
    • Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
    • Familiar with current marketing trends and overall best practices
    • Excellent budget management skills
