  • Overview

    The Graphic Designer will work with our corporate team on enhancing the graphic presentation of initiatives that support corporate action items. The Graphic Designer will also be utilized by field staff to execute on local, consumer marketing strategies that result in awareness and lead generation. This position will collaborate with the digital marketing team and digital marketing vendors to create impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns at the regional brand level and use graphic design to enhance internal corporate communications.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide graphic design support for assigned regions and initiatives deemed priorities by the NADG organization
    • Work in collaboration with the Corporate team and regional operations to understand the business and deliver graphic designs to the standards of North American Dental Group
    • Work in collaboration and under the direction of NADG marketing vendors
    • Expected to provide new ideas and constantly move all brands forward with the latest graphic design trends and concepts.
    • Graphically present brand advertising and communication efforts in a way that differentiates the organization from our competitors
    • Expected to work all scheduled work days, during scheduled hours and report to work on time.
    • Flexibility and willingness to take on special graphic design projects as assigned.
    • Work closely and collaboratively with the Regional Marketing Strategist(s) to execute on graphic design needs for various NADG sub-brands.

    Qualifications

    Experience/Requirements

    • One (1) to three (3) years of related experience
    • An online or physical portfolio of design work
    • Individual has a vast understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Ai,Ps,Id)
    • Has an understanding of healthcare design and medical branding
    • Ability to adopt and execute on approved brand guidelines and standards
    • A strong desire to learn new skills and trends within the design and marketing industry
    • Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, internal team members and other vendors, etc.
    • Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
    • Possesses exceptional time management skills
