    The Vice President, Operations role is a key leadership role on the North American operations team.  This leader will own a large P&L in their geography and be accountable for clinical and operational performance as well as hiring, recruiting and developing large teams (600+ team members).  Successful VPOs will be great communicators with strong business acumen and general management experience in a variety of industries.  This leader should make decisions based on data and should be passionate about working in a fast-paced, scaling organization.  This leader is a true partner to our dentist group founders and leaders and should be passionate about building those relationships.


    Key areas of responsibility include the following:

    • Grow revenue of existing locations and regions through focused coaching and shared accountability within the team
    • Integrate new groups and practices and insure that they are set up for success
    • Control and analyze costs and execute on cost savings initiatives
    • Assess talent and coach and develop your regional teams as well as your doctor leaders/partners to deliver results
    • Conduct regular site visits within your area of responsibility
    • Create an authentic culture that models the core values of the organization


    • 10+ years work experience, MBA from a top tier school
    • Experience working in the healthcare industry (provider/clinical experience a plus)
    • P&L experience of at least $50M in revenue
    • Team leadership experience (7+ direct reports)
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Self-awareness and emotional intelligence – NADG is seeking servant leaders who acknowledge the “how” of how we get there is equally important to “what” we’re trying to achieve
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor
    • Travel required (50%+)
    • US work authorization
