    North American Dental Group is looking to for a driven and energetic Business Development Representative who possess an entrepreneurial spirit to our Patient Service Center to focus on calls to existing patients.  A successful candidate will rely on their sales and phone skills to successfully achieve weekly sales goals. 


    Essential Duties

    • Calling from our existing patient data base to schedule patients for appointments in our practices
    • Meet weekly key performance indicators
    • Attend training sessions
    • Review and handle patient escalations
    • Offer exceptional service to patients taking all avenues to achieve and exceed goals
    • Identifying patient needs, clarifying information, and researching to provide alternative and/or solutions as well as different offers to patients
    • Gather and update pertinent patient information
    • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators
    • Flexible and adaptable to change
    • Participate in sales contests and incentives
    • Expected to work all scheduled work days, during scheduled hours and report to work on time.
    • Other special projects or responsibilities as assigned.



    • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding past sales objectives and key performance indicators
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • An entrepreneurial attitude that works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment that leverages strong time management skills
    • Dependable team player
    • Strong computer skills: 45+ WPM, ability to multitask using different software, tools and programs while on the phone including Microsoft Excel.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent



    • Sitting and bending for long periods of time.
    • Position requires frequent talking, hearing, and vision with moderate standing, walking and reaching.
    • Extensive computer usage. Job position responsibilities are generally performed in a business office environment with computers, printers and phones.
    • Availability to travel.
